SERBIAN AIRPORTS TAKING OFF

New infrastructure development in Serbia makes future travelling more attractive and convenient. In 2019, the number of air passengers arriving to Serbia increased significantly. Nikola Tesla airport in Belgrade recorded about 6 million passengers in 2019 – almost twice as much as in 2013. Also, Constantine the Great Airport in Nis reports an increase in the number of travellers with 422,255 in 2019 compared to 1,334 back in 2014. With the construction of the third international airport Morava near Kraljevo, also Central Serbia is now very easily accessible for tourists.

TAMPA – NEW AND GROWING LINKS TO EUROPE

Tampa International Airport is at ITB Berlin, boasting multiple non-stops from Europe. Delta is adding new non-stop seasonal flights from Amsterdam, Lufthansa is expanding its service from Frankfurt to 6 times a week. Other European options: upgraded flights by British Airways (daily) and Norwegian Air (3x/week) from London Gatwick, and Edelweiss from Zurich (1x/week).
