Hybrid business model – a concept of the future

Online travel website, Urlaubsguru, will be present for the first time this year at ITB Berlin with its very own 90 m2 stand. With over 30 employees and an entertaining programme, Urlaubsguru will be informing both trade visitors and private guests about the group’s diverse products, offers and partnership opportunities

Urlaubsguru combines the online and of fine worlds and has already opened two stores in Germany. The first store opened in Unna, in the eastern Ruhr area, in April 2017, followed by a second one in the Westphalian city of Münster in December 2018. The next Urlaubsguru store is set to follow this year – potentially in Vienna, Austria. Demand for this hybrid business model combining online and offline is growing, confirmed by the fact that the first store in the small town of Unna is already in the black.
